Here’s how to make them! ✨
Start with a 21.5” x 5.5” rectangle and fuse interfacing to the wrong side
Mark 4 lines, each 3″ apart, starting from one edge
Pleat along the marked lines as shown in the video
Sew the open sides with a ¼” seam allowance
Turn right-side out twice (follow the video!)
Press and edge stitch all around
Add snaps of your choice to finish
Finished size 5” x 3”
