AGF Flannel Solids
Retro Blue
White Linen
Deep Ocean
Sunflower
Steps:
1. Grab two 6.5" squares. Trace a 5" circle on the wrong side and cut.
2. Place the circles right sides together and sew with a 1/4" seam allowance, leaving a 2" gap.
3. Cut small slits around the circle to make turning right side out easier (be careful not to cut the seam line).
4. Stuff with your favorite filler (we used Poly-Fil).
5. Hand stitch the opening closed.
6. Use an embroidery needle and floss to stitch from the center of the pumpkin outwards, giving it that perfect pumpkin shape.
7. Cut a 1.25" circle and an 8" x 2" rectangle of cotton fabric (choose a contrasting color from the pumpkin).
8. Fold one end and both long edges of the rectangle 1/4" inward, then fold the piece in half and top stitch.
9. Insert half a chenille stem into the rectangle’s opening.
10. Scrunch the fabric, cut the excess stem, and fold the tips.
11. Attach the small circle piece and the stem with a few stitches to the pumpkin.
Mix and match #AGFFlannel and #AGFPureSolids to create as many adorable fabric pumpkins as your heart desires. Tie them together with a long piece of twine to complete your cozy garland! Make your fall season extra special with handmade decor crafted with love!
